Post receipt of an enquiry we ensure we fully understand the clients needs and expectations. Options and best methodology will be discussed to meet expectations on quality and lead times.
Operational
On larger projects a Gannt chart will be produced along with a Construction Phase Plan.
RAMS will be issued prior to commencement.
Weekly progress meetings will be implemented to review progress.
On site co-ordination will be led by experienced project managers.
Works will be continually snagged to maintain the highest standard of implementation.
Close Out
Final snagging will be conducted and documented to deliver works to the highest standard.
Testing and commissioning data will be collated and issued.
All drawings and data sheets will be collated into an O&M file together with waste information and manufacturers information.
Only when the final account has been approved will the residual invoice be issued.
