Larger projects get a Gantt chart and construction phase plan, with out-of-hours working where your business needs it. RAMS are issued and approved before any work begins, weekly progress meetings are led by experienced project managers, and works are snagged continuously.

Final snagging is completed and documented so we hand over snag-free. Testing and commissioning data, drawings and data sheets are collated into a full O&M manual, so your space works fully on day one.
